Kiss of DEATH – Woman ARRESTED After Fatal Exchange!
(WatchDogReport.org) – A line in the song “As Time Goes By” says that “a kiss is just a kiss,” yet sometimes it can go far beyond that — far beyond. A case in point recently happened in a Tennessee prison where an inmate shared a smooch with his lady love, and a few short hours later, he was dead.
Rachel Dollard, 33, visited Joshua Brown at the Turney Center Industrial Complex, where he was serving 11 years on drug-related charges. Authorities allege that she committed her first crime by bringing contraband into the facility in the form of a half ounce of methamphetamine.
Rachel Dollard was allegedly hiding half an ounce of methamphetamine in her mouth and was able to pass it orally to Joshua Brown, who later died. https://t.co/oFPaiVuRSX

They further claim that during a kiss, Dollard passed the meth to Brown in a balloon, which he then swallowed. It apparently burst in his stomach, killing him. She has now been charged with second-degree murder, a class A felony punishable by 15 to 60 years in prison, and a fine of $50,000.
A second charge has been levied for “introduction of contraband into a penal facility,” a class D felony that carries a potential 2 to 12 years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
Oddly enough, this is not the first time that this scenario has played out. Melissa Ann Blair did the same thing at the Oregon State Penitentiary in 2017. She was convicted and sentenced to two years in prison.
