U.S. ASSASSINATES Sworn Enemy – Details Released

(WatchDogReport.org) – Despite any protests or disputes at home, the United States military still has a job to complete and continues the fight for freedom around the world. They take on specific missions to promote security as well. US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that a “kinetic strike” in Syria did just that by killing a senior leader of a terrorist organization.

Abu Hamzah al Yemeni, a leader reportedly near the top of the food chain of an al-Qaeda-aligned organization known as Hurras al-Din, was riding his motorcycle in the Idlib province of Syria when rockets apparently launched from a drone struck and killed him. A news agency out of Zimbabwe reported that a “rival jihadist group… took away [his] charred remains.” No other details have been released at this time.

The CENTCOM announcement said that there did not appear to be any casualties typically described as collateral damage from the attack. This was the second time Yemeni was targeted recently — there was allegedly a failed attempt on his life in 2021. This is not the first such limited strike that the United States has mounted; in early 2020, then-President Donald Trump ordered the elimination of three terrorist leaders in the span of a few weeks.
