Sidney Powell to Appeal Dismissal of Arizona Election Lawsuit (REPORT)

(WatchDogReport.org) – On December 9, US District Court Judge Diane Humetewa ruled against the final challenge to Arizona’s election. The lawsuit included claims of widespread voter fraud, but the judge said there wasn’t any evidence to support the allegations. That isn’t the end of the case, though.

During an interview with The Epoch Times, attorney Sidney Powell’s co-counsel Alex Kolodin said they plan to file a petition with the Supreme Court to fast-track an appeal. The legal team represented Arizona’s 11 Republican electors who alleged there was fraud and manipulation of election software in the state. According to the suit, 412,000 people cast illegal ballots.

The Arizona suit isn’t the only one moving forward. Texas is suing four states to overturn their election results, and President Donald Trump’s team isn’t giving up either. If the lawsuits are successful, Joe Biden might not take office in January, and 45 could get a second term to continue his record wins.
