(WatchDogReport.org) – The conflict between Israel and Palestine came to an end recently after the two entered into a cease-fire agreement. Unfortunately, the terrible rhetoric on the Left has continued. A Republican senator is calling on President Joe Biden to put an end to it.
On Monday, May 24, Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) spoke to “Fox & Friends” about the recent uptick in violence against Jewish Americans. The senator called on Biden to tell members of his party to stop the anti-Israel rhetoric. He pointed to comments from the Left calling Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “an etho-nationalist” on the floor of Congress or saying that “Israel is an apartheid state.” He believes the rhetoric is contributing to the nearly “200 incidents of violence reported now against Jewish Americans.”
After nearly 200 documented attacks against Jewish Americans in recent days, this statement is overdue. I hope President Biden will now support my resolution condemning these attacks and the hateful rhetoric by members of Congress that has helped fuel them https://t.co/6rvGHPABPx

It doesn’t matter how many times Biden condemns the attacks against Jewish people if he isn’t getting to the root of the problem. He should call out each and every member of his party who is spreading violent, hate-filled rhetoric against the Jewish community.
