Ron DeSantis Fires Back at Scamming Allegations

Ron DeSantis SCORCHES Accuser – Responds To Nasty Rumors

( – Alyssa Farah Griffin was an assistant to former President Donald Trump, who served as White House Strategic Communications Director in 2020 and early 2021. After the administration ended, she took a job as an opposition analyst with CNN. Most recently, as the token conservative guest host on “The View,” Griffin showed that she may have compromised her principles for a spot in the mainstream media with allegations against Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) that didn’t go over well.

The show’s panel, discussing the governor and fundraising, talked about how he had way more money than he would need for his gubernatorial re-election bid. When the chatter came around to Griffin, she accused the governor of running a scam by making donations to his campaign recurring. Her allegations, if they were true, would surely raise some eyebrows.

Governor DeSantis didn’t take kindly to the claims, responding swiftly and harshly. He explained that his campaign never charges people more than once when they donate, noting that many of his supporters are on a fixed income. Anyone who has a recurring donation has one by choice, not because they wanted to show their support with an individual donation.

The entire exchange was captured on Twitter:

Recurring donations to political campaigns isn’t new. Many people choose to budget their support rather than writing big checks. Governor DeSantis was noticeably upset that his name was attached to nefarious fundraising and urged all of his colleagues to be as open and transparent as possible.
