(WatchDogReport.org) – In 2020, before the coronavirus pandemic struck, the US economy was doing great. There was record low unemployment, the stock market was up, and families felt optimistic about the future. That changed when COVID-19 began spreading and the jobless rate skyrocketed, but it seemed as though the country was on the path to recovery with former President Donald Trump at the helm. Unfortunately, he’s no longer in office and now families are concerned.
Rasmussen released a new poll on February 8. According to it, 41% of participants believe the economy is going to be worse off a year from now under Biden. The survey found 37% thought it would get better, and 13% think it’s unlikely to change.

The majority is right to be concerned. As soon as Biden took office, he signed executive orders that eliminated jobs. Currently, he’s trying to pass a $1.9-trillion stimulus package that will sink the economy further into debt. All of this points to signs there’s a real possibility the country is going to be unrecognizable in a year.
