(WatchDogReport.org) – On Thursday, December 10, the Pentagon sent two B-52 bombers stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana on a long flight mission to the Persian Gulf. The mission was a show of force to hopefully deter Iran from launching any attacks. The hostile country lashed out at the US over the exercises on Sunday.
Brigadier General Qader Rahimzadeh said the “smallest violation” of Iran’s airspace will lead to a “crushing and fiery response.” He called the country’s airspace one of its “red lines” and claimed past “enemies” have felt the nation’s response to such violations.
Iran on USA’s deployment of B-52:
“Our (Iran’s) airspace is among our red lines and as enemies have experienced in the past, (US Airforce aircraft got shot down by Iran) the smallest violation will be met with the air defence forces’ crushing and fiery response”

Iran has been even more belligerent than usual since the death of its top nuclear scientist. The country’s leadership accused Israel of carrying out the assassination and promised to retaliate.
President Donald Trump has made it clear throughout his presidency that he will not tolerate attacks against the US or its allies. If Iran’s leadership knows what’s good for them, they will never follow through on that threat.
