(WatchDogReport.org) – In January, before President Donald Trump left office, he appointed Roger Severino to the Council of the Administration Conference of the US. The position has a three-year term and it isn’t a political position. Apparently, President Joe Biden missed that memo and now he’s being sued.
On February 3, Biden asked 10 Trump appointees, including Severino, to resign by 5 p.m. that day. He refused to leave his position and sued the president for an alleged illegal termination threat.

In a statement to Fox News, Severino said Biden’s attempt to force him to resign from his position “exposes his lofty promises of healing and uniting” the country was just “cynical manipulation.” Severino went on to say he was not going to submit a resignation because he will not be “bullied” by the commander-in-chief.
Severino said he looks forward to seeing Biden in court. It’s unlikely the president feels the same way.
